Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain amount.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags on the item must remain intact.
- The item must be returned with the invoice or order document.
Return Process
- Notify us of your return request via our Contact page.
- A return confirmation will be sent to you by email.
- Send the item to the address provided.
- Once the item is received, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Your item will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
