Article 1 - Parties

BUYER:
The name, surname, and address information provided at the time of order shall apply.

Article 2 - Subject

This contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the characteristics and sales price specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website, pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 - Product(s) Subject to the Contract

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price of the product(s) subject to the contract are specified in the order form. The order form is an integral part of this contract.

Article 4 - General Provisions

  • The Buyer declares that they have read and are informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product(s) subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
  • The product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information, not exceeding the legal 30-day period, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence.
  • The Seller shall not be held responsible if the person to whom the product is to be delivered refuses to accept the delivery.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person at the address they indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing within this period and the product must be returned unused in accordance with the provisions set out below.

Article 6 - Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned by their nature, that are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration, or whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer.

Article 7 - Disputes

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent. Applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Seller's place of residence or the Buyer's place of residence.

Article 8 - Entry into Force

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The Seller will send a copy of this contract to the Buyer's email address upon receipt of the order.
